Digital Hive provides commercial hosting services with the highest quality of care for our clients. We provide an industry competitive Service Level Agreement (SLA) and high level client support.
Digital Hive’s objective is to have Hosting Service Availability (or minimum “up time”) of 99.9% for Services covered by this SLA . Where Hosting Service Availability is less than 99.9%, Digital Hive will provide a Rebate against the Client’s Monthly Hosting Fees
